What is the shortest/longest rental agreement I can make?
HERC rental agreements can be as short as 12 months and as long as you require. The average HERC rental agreement is 60 months.
Do you rent equipment to private individuals or only healthcare facilities?
HERC only rents equipment to licensed healthcare facilities. Unfortunately we do not rent equipment to private individuals.
Is HERC licensed?
Yes. HERC is licensed in the State of Oklahoma, and maintains good standing with the Better Business Bureau.
Are you affiliated with any other medical equipment companies?

WARRANTIES & BIOMEDICAL SERVICE
What is your equipment warranty?
In most cases, HERC provides comprehensive parts and labor warrantees with service support for the life of the rental agreement.
Does HERC provide biomedical service?
Yes! In most cases, HERC provides biomedical service including preventative maintenance throughout the life of the rental agreement.
How do I report a problem with my equipment?

What is your service turnaround time?
In most cases, a certified biomedical technician will arrive on site to resolve a service issue within 24 hours (weekends and holidays excluded). While every service call is of utmost importance, it is imperative to note that service calls are prioritized by severity level.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
How do I pay?
We aim to take the hassle out of the payment process for licensed healthcare facilities in good financial standing. Most HERC rental payments are made through Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.
What is your refund policy?
HERC does not issue refunds after products have been delivered, except for products shipped in error. At its discretion, HERC may choose to accept returned products for which there may be a restocking charge.
